If the government wants those people cared for and decides to pass legislation forcing a private entity who cares for them to act against it's own principles, who's fault is that? How can a country which define themself as a nation of liberty have such segegregeted laws? I know how the catholic church is, and even though I don't respect their opinion, I respect their right to have it. What this truly bottles down to is the federl as well as state laws (backed by people who believe politicans belong in the bedroom)that denies people the right to persuit their future in every possible way they want.
