If I had it to do over again, I would never see The Happening. It was totally pointless and went no where. There wasn’t even a conclusion in the movie and I agree it was a WTF movie! LOL
I think M Night thought of this one while sitting on a crapper somewhere and that is where it should have stayed!

kat, oh no! That sucks! I hope you aren’t permanently scarred.

doug, there were 4 kids sitting behind me during Iron Man, and they talked the entire movie. I really wanted to just ask the father what his problem was, because he didn’t say a fucking word to them.

missy, hey girl! I totally forgot about SATC, but that is definitely a rental for me. I wasn’t that into the show. I hope that everything’s alright your way. *hug*

mitch, a friend of mine told me about the happening last night, and to be honest, I don’t know if I will even bother renting it. It was a real “WTF” moment when he told me the basic gist of the movie.

I totally agree with you about Iron Man. I saw it on it’s opening weekend and LOVED it! I saw The Happening yesterday and was thoroughly dissatisfied with it. It was by no means the worst movie I have ever seen, but it was not good (in my opinion) either. I am disappointed with M Night Shyamalan as the last couple of movies I have seen of his were just not very good at all….

So I went and saw Sex and the City. I have to say I thought it was really great. Sex and the City series really spoke to the single female population. But the movie was more adapted for committed relationships. I had a lot of stress on me that week so I was somewhat emotional throughout the whole thing. My sister on the other hand thought I was ridiculous. But she is single, so I think she had a difficult time relating. I would definitely pay to see it again and once it is out on DVD it will be one of the ones that I own.

I really hate movies anymore. I hate the theater. Maybe I am just getting old? But everytime I go, I get annoyed because somebody is talking, or letting their cell phone ring, or something.

Though, I am going to see Mamma Mia, definately. I loved the musical on stage, and it looks like fun. I hope it has the same energy as the stage musical. and Colin Firth is in it, so how could it be bad?

i will not spoil indiana jones, but i will say this: that movie was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. anyone who says it was “passable,” or especially “good,” is deluding themselves.

i wish i had never seen it. gah.
