Every time a doctor puts the ear thermometer or when he looks in my ear, it hurts like hell.. I think its like this because of listening to too much loud music with internal earphones. A few minutes is about all I can take, and that's if I can get the things to stay in my ears in the first place as they tend to fall out no matter how hard I push them in. I have to use headphones and even they drive me crazy after a while which is why my ipod doesn't get much use. I have the same problem.
