		<description>Bugboy, basically, the long and short of it is this: in Georgia, if you buy a house (or house-like property), you are responsible for finding things that the seller may not be truthful about before you buy it. If not, it's your problem. So no, insurance isn't covering it, and this only adds $4000 to the already thousands of dollars we have spent making sure the floor is okay.</description>
