damn you itunes!!!

Yesterday, iTunes decided that it would delete ALL of my playlists.

ALL of them.

So, last night, I took a good 4 hours to back up over 16gb of music, and to remake every one of my playlists. It took forever. Sometimes, computer programs really have a mind of their own; I just hope that it doesn’t decide that it doesn’t want my playlists again, or I might find another program to use for managing my music.

Sort it out, iTunes!

    You could backup your playlists.

It usually does that on its own… however, the file was conveniently “corrupted” after this deleting incident; it seems, itunes covers all bases. You really have the answer for everything, though, don’t you?!?! ;)

At least you can get iTunes to work. I’ve never seen a program work so poorly (I’ve tried uninstall, delete folder and registry, reboot, install, etc… ). I just started looking at Zune, but the zune store isn’t available here yet (but it plays the podcast that were downloaded with iTunes MUCH better than iTunes).

Can’t say I’ve ever had a problem… Most of my errors are user ones

if in doubt, use the ipod as a backup

I don’t have a problem with playlists on iTunes– my problem is when I’m buying a few albums in my shopping cart and then… OOPS! All of a sudden I bought one that I didn’t want! It happened just the other day. I accidentally clicked on a $17.99 compilation that I wasn’t prepared to buy. My total bill added up to $45. Damn you iTunes!!!

Other than that, it’s pretty sweet.
