The lady on the other end of the phone really knew her stuff... "Oh, you have a TiVo, so you'll need two cards... yes, I'll make sure they come out with two cards for you." We've also had the Moxi (with Charter) - it was by far the worst. Now we have the Foxtel IQ, which isn't bad, but it has some overheating problems and the interface isn't as fleshed out and friendly as the Tivo.
