Odds are good that I'll be working a new job that will have me busy until 9 or so on Weds. But you're going to get that sort of thing no matter when you do it. Pick a time and go with it. (And whenever there's been a big crowd, it's gone till midnight anyway. So plenty of time for latecomers to drop in.) I like the regular time and place idea. It's easy. Less thinking is better. (If you're looking to do a formal poll, the Democracy plugin for WordPress is nice.) I haven't been much lately because my job keeps me busy until 9:30, then a drive in from Marietta. Blech. Works for me.
