It's been over a month and she still hasn't been able to get the thing to work. Numerous phone calls to tech support and they are stupid people. Bottom line - it won't download the stations from the tv guide from her Comcast cable box. It's too late now for her to return it, Toshiba won't do anything about it so she's stuck with it and a waste of $300. Do not buy this thing! It's a piece of crap! So, if you spend the extra money for the Tevo and at least they set it up for you -it's worth it! At least it works!
