Seriously. After it took no less than six phone calls to resolve what was described to me as a "simple" contract merge between me and Thomas with Cingular, I was rendered totally unable to cope. We're w/ TMobile now and I don't really care for them either, but I suppose when our contract is up we will try Verizon if we feel like it. TMobile's coverage is more crap than we were lead to believe. Le sigh. There is no good deal with mobile phone service. I can’t even deal with the cell phone people any more. Seriously.
