While I would a agree that Kudzu is similar, it is in no way 'the same setup as Yelp'. Yelp is the Flickr of online opinion sharing. When Flickr came around, there were many, many, many online photo sharing sites. But the all, at worst sucked, and at best were barely adequate. What Flickr did was implement photo sharing right.
