it’s weird when…

you are at a party for some friend’s birthday, and you realize that all of the people you used to count as “good friends”, are now just good acquaintances. That’s why we snuck out really early; the bad part is, I doubt anyone even noticed.

Been there, too. It can be a bummer and liberating at the same time. Out with the old, in the with new. NEXT!?

    Oh PS http://atlantasnews.net/node/101034

Are you Ren or Stimpy? I never could keep them straight.

maigh, I know, right?? As for atlnews… I have been meaning to write them a letter… I just don’t know whether to be mad or flattered. I think that it is weird though, because I have a creative commons license; doesn’t that mean you have to ask my permission?

And I am neither Ren, nor Stimpy.

I have been there many times… does this mean I need to move to your town? I’d hang out with ya!

That’s an odd feeling. I’m just realizing my first round of downgrades since moving to Phoenix. Eh, like Maigh said, it can be a bummer but liberating at the same time. I’m choosing to be liberated.

    : )

There’s something wrong with a butt lick wakeup call? Oops.

PS: That one’s Stimpy, I believe. I only know this because he speaks relatively normally, and I recall him saying, “Gee, Ren…” Ren, on the other hand, refers to this guy as “Steempy.”

Oops..I posted that previous comment in the wrong section. This one is correct though - what is the difference between a friend and an acquaintance?

An acquaintance is someone that you know, and are social with, but don’t really see that often or do much with. A friend is someone that you regularly talk to, interact with, get together with, and hang out with. Those are my divisions of friendship, anyways…
