I loved it. It was intense. One of tht things that struck me the most was the incredible imagery and camera shots. The cinematography was breathtaking (and I'm not talking about the shirtless scenes hehehe). However, some of these shritless scenes were breathtaking as well. We were doing everything we could during the shower scene and then the santa scene to keep from shrieking like girls at a Beatle's concert. I LOVED this movie, I think I might go see it again tonight with some of my roommates. The acting in the movies was amaing, and I loved the visuals of the raining oil, and the sand turning from black to white with each step. It was an honest look into the mentality of a soldier. I got to see Jahead last night with a Marine - full uniform and everything. We went the the Marine Military Ball, left early to catch this flick. It was quit interesting being all dressed up and with a handsome Marine. We walked up to buy our tickets and the guys is like "Jarhead, right". Anyways - he really liked the movie, already read the book. Random tidbet for ya. Great Movie.
