Garrett and Amber, that is the very reason that I posted his comment, after talking with Josh; we agreed that if we were going to be subjected to his assholishless, then why not gain something from it and laugh and the stupid fucker. At least I can do that, and all he gets is angry, which is just stupid that it illustrates its own stupidity!!

Good point Garrett (and hey! why the dig on me??) - the ignorant ass is all pissed off and angry, but why? What does he get out of it? If his pissed offedness doesn’t manifest itself into violence, then… you don’t give a shit what he thinks. So what does he gain? Nothing - just a lot of unnecessary pissed offedness.

I’m not gay, so–as Amber has put it so many times about pregnancy–I could never possibly understand. BUT. It seems very funny to me when some ignorant ass gets his panties in a wad because of a defiant, proud, happy homosexual. What’s funny is that the asshole is all upset, and you’re still here, still queer, and still happy with yourself. It’s almost poetic justice that proud, open people like yourself get to walk around happy, whereas this guy has to live with his anger/disgust/whatever.

I know, you have to live with his anger too, and it certainly isn’t fair when their hatred spills out into your blog, or in real life, or wherever, but it makes me happy that we can laugh at this guy, call him an idiot, and get on with our lives…

Sorry I missed the big day! I don’t have any gay friends, that I know of but I’m pretty sure at least a couple of my exboyfriends were I need to read your post now on Queer as Folk because I really got into them but then I didn’t have Showtime to watch the last season. I so want to know what happened but I want to be surprised.

James, what is that supposed to mean? just because some ignorant asshole showed up and posted hate comments on my site, on a day when I chose to be proud of who I am, and let the world know that I was celebrating; I shouldn’t celebrate? I am sure that it goes without saying that what you suggest is definitely not going to happen. There is no way that I am giving in friend; I am living life on my terms, and I am not going to stop over some idiot.

Amber, just so you know, I added that to my original post after someone left a hateful comment. As you see, it isn’t on here in the original format, but I am thinking of putting it in the post, so that people can see how ignorant and hateful some people can be. I don’t tolerate hate.
