Now, I don’t normally feel the need to post about every cd or dvd I buy (that would be lots of posts), and especially since I have pages for those things (see the media commentary link). But, this is one of those cases, where the information needs to be put out there; for one and all. Dane Cook’s new double cd/dvd, Retaliation, hits stores today, and since I got mine last night, let me assure you; this thing is well worth it. Get it. You will not be sorry. Dane doesn’t try to top his last effort, he excellently adds to his already impressive comedic work. I am in love with his brand of brash comedy, and this cd/dvd combo delivers. Do yourself a favor. Get Retaliation now!

I thought it was really cute, and very funny. Amy Poehler is hilarious, and Tina Fey can really do no wrong in my eyes; everything I have ever seen from her is comedic gold. Also, Steve Martin may just be one of the funniest guys alive. He is just hilarious.

Good movie. Jim Sturgess is stunning. I really liked the story, and the plot "twist" elements.

Not only am I jealous that you will only spend $11.99, where I spent $20 to pre-order (although it did come on Monday *score!… but the “extra special surprise” was a lame-ass dog tag with Dane Cook Retaliation on it…). BUT… And I cannot stress this enough… it was well worth every penny. You are going to laugh so very hard, my friend. So very hard. My favorite is the nothing fight and making up (disc two). That shit rocks!!!!
